The "Pleasanton U.S. Gas" logo on the convenience marketlcarwash building and <br />on the service station canopy shall be composed of routed-out blue and red <br />coloring on an opaque background. <br /> <br />This constitutes the entire project sigo program. Construction details for the monument <br />and building sigos shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval <br />prior to installation. Any changes to the approved sign program, including color, name, <br />etc., shall be submitted for the review and approval of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />13. The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department <br />prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer <br />intends to recycle at least 50-percent of the total job site construction and demolition <br />waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Chief <br />Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and <br />construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials <br />only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall <br />contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br /> <br />Building and Site Design Requirements: <br /> <br />14. The entry wall to be located at the north/south interblock driveway from Utah Street shall <br />be three feet in height and faced with the cobblestone rock material matching the material <br />used on the proposed buildings. The wall design shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval with the building permit plan set. <br /> <br />15. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />16. The project developer shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />17. All mechanical equipment shall be located in the roof attic area of the convenience <br />market or in the equipment well over the carwash. If located in the equipment well, the <br />equipment shall not project above the horizontal plane established by the surrounding <br />roof parapets. <br /> <br />18. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally <br />compatible with the main structure. The materials and color of the enclosure walls shall <br />match the building walls and the gates shall be corrugated metal or solid wood. The <br />location and desigo of the enclosures shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance <br />of building permits, shall be consistent with Condition #48, and shall be subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director and Fire Chief.
