<br />33. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk in <br />a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information as <br />approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />34. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all <br />adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />35. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />36. Prior to commencement of the installation of subdivsion improvements, the applicant shall <br />submit for review and approval by the Fire Marshall and the Planning Director details of the <br />driveway material to be used on Lot 1 and its method of installation. <br /> <br />37. Prior to commencement of the installation of subdivision improvements, the applicant shall <br />submit for review and approval by the Fire, Police, and Planning Departments the details of <br />the split rail fence to be located across the driveway/EVA on the property line in between <br />Lots 1 and 2. <br /> <br />38. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to an approved storm drain system in <br />accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform unless otherwise <br />approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. <br /> <br />39. The applicant shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber construction <br />until final inspection. <br /> <br />40. Prior to any framing construction, the applicant shall provide adequate fire protection <br />facilities, including but not limited to surface roads and a water supply and water flow <br />meeting Fire Department standards to suppress a major fire. If, prior to any framing <br />construction, the applicant proposes in writing an alternate method of fire protection, the Fire <br />Chief may allow the alternative method. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />41. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br />determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />42. The project developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed <br />civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures to protect all <br />cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance <br />of any building permits. <br />
