Section 3.06 POUNDMASTER TO KEEP RECORD. The <br />Poundmaster shall keep a record of the number of all animals <br />impounded, showing in detail in the case of each animal the <br />description, da~es of receipt, She da%e and manner of disposal, <br />the name of the person redeeming or purchasing, and ~he fees <br />and charges and proceeds of sales received on accoun~ $hereof, <br />and such addi~ional records as may be required by the CiSy <br />Council of the CiSy of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Sectiion 3.07 POUND PROVIDED. There shall be <br />provided by ~he City, or by the Poundmaster upon such terms and <br />conditions as shall be named in the contract executed by and <br />between ~he Poundmas%er and ~he City Council. a suitable <br />building or enclosure $o keep and safely hold all animals herein <br />enumerated which are subject ~o be impounded which shall be <br />known and designated as %he "Dog Pound". <br /> <br /> Sec$ion 3.08 CARE OF ANIMALS. When any animal is <br /> <br />so impounded, it shall be provided wi~h proper and sufficien~ <br />food and water by ~he PoundmasSer. <br /> <br /> Section 3.09 NOTIFICATION OF OWNER. The Poundmaster <br />shall imme dia%ely upon impoundrecur of dogs or other animals <br />make every reasonable effor~ to notify the owners of such dogs <br />or other animals impounded, and inform such owners of <br />conditions whereby they may regain custody of such animals. <br /> <br /> Section 3.10 RECLAIMING ANIMALS. The owner of any <br />impounded animal shall have the right to reclaim the same a~ <br />any ~ime prior ~o She lawful disposi$ion $hereof upon payment <br />to the Poundmaster of the costs and charges hereinaf~er provided <br />in this ordinance for the impounding and keeping of said animals. <br /> <br /> <br />
