The goals are then presented to the full City Council and <br />Board of Trustees for review and approval. <br /> <br />At its February 17, 2005 meeting, the Liaison Committee developed its proposed goals for 2005 <br />which are submitted herewith for the Council's and Board's consideration: <br /> <br />SR05:086 <br /> <br /> <br />
