<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ALEXANDRO GARCIA, BLUE <br />AGAVE FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-357 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Alexandro Garcia, Blue Agave, has applied for design review approval for the <br />construction of two building additions totaling 263 square feet, modifications to <br />the front porch, repainting of the building to a yellow base color with red and <br />turquoise accent colors, and changes to the front-yard outdoor dining area for the <br />existing building located at 625 Main Street; arid <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial)/Downtown Revitalization <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 27,2004 that was then continued to <br />November 10, 2004, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Enviromnental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no enviromnental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-357, the application of Alexandro Garcia, Blue Agave, for <br />design review approval for the construction of two building additions totaling <br />263 square feet, modifications to the front porch, and changes to the front-yard <br />outdoor dining area for the existing building located at 625 Main Street, subject to <br />the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
