<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CURTIS AND LINDA SWARTZ FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-352 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Curtis and Linda Swartz have applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 2, 724-square- foot two-story single-story residence with an <br />attached, approximately 473-square-foot garage and a detached, approximately <br />1,212-square-foot workshop/garage to be located at 3552 Vine Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located in the Alameda County unincorporated area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 9, 2004, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-352, the application of Curtis and Linda Swartz for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 2, 724-square- foot two-story <br />single-story residence with an attached, approximately 473-square-foot garage <br />and a detached, approximately 1 ,212-square-foot workshop/garage to be located <br />at 3552 Vine Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
