<br />Exhibit B <br />Conditions of ApprovaI <br /> <br />PSDR-182, Mike Szeredy/PeopleSoft <br />4500 PeopleSoft Parkway <br />May 12, 2004 <br /> <br />1. The sign details shall be in substantial conformance to Exhibit A, dated "Received <br />January 20, 2004," on file with the Pleasanton Planning Department, except as <br />modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed, <br />subject to the approval ofthe Planning Director if found to be in substantial <br />conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. The proposed sign color change shall conform to the paint colors specified in <br />Exhibit A, dated "Received January 20, 2004." <br /> <br />3. The sign shall be halo-illuminated. To minimize light pollution, there shall be no <br />ground-mounted illumination of the sign. <br /> <br />4. The landscaping around the sign shall conform to the landscaping plan dated <br />"Received March 26, 2004," on file with the Planning Department. Prior to the final <br />inspection of the sign, the new landscaping shall be installed per the submitted plan. <br />If sprinklers are to the used to irrigate the landscape area around the monument sign, <br />the sprinkler heads shall be directed away form the sign to avoid water directly <br />spraying onto the sign. <br /> <br />5. The proposed Cedrus deodar shall be a minimum of 15 gallons in size, and the <br />proposed Dietes hybrids and Pyrus Calleryana shall be a minimum of five gallons in <br />size. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall contact the Planning Department to schedule a final inspection of <br />the proposed signs and the required landscaping prior to a final inspection by the <br />Building Department. <br /> <br />7. All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction. <br /> <br />8. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be allowed <br />on Federal holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards <br />and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
