PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-32 RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF ANNE FOX, AS FILED UNDER CASE P AP-63 (PSDR-182) WHEREAS, Anne Fox has appealed the Zoning Administrator's approval of Case PSDR-182, the application of Mike Szeredy/PeopleSoft for sign design review approval to change the wording of the existing monument sign facing 1-580, located at 4500 PeopleSoft Parkway, from "Hacienda" to "PeopleS oft," and to modifY the sign; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial! Commercial-Office) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 12,2004, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Denies Case PAP-63, the appeal of Anne Fox, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's approval of Case PSDR-182, the application of Mike SzeredylPeopleSoft for sign design review approval to change the wording of the existing monument sign facing 1-580, located at 45000 PeopleS oft Parkway, from "Hacienda" to "PeopleS oft," and to modify the sign, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
