<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF ANNE FOX, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE P AP-63 (PSDR-182) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anne Fox has appealed the Zoning Administrator's approval of Case PSDR-182, <br />the application of Mike Szeredy/PeopleSoft for sign design review approval to <br />change the wording of the existing monument sign facing 1-580, located at <br />4500 PeopleSoft Parkway, from "Hacienda" to "PeopleS oft," and to modifY the <br />sign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial! <br />Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 12,2004, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies Case PAP-63, the appeal of Anne Fox, thereby upholding the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of Case PSDR-182, the application of Mike <br />SzeredylPeopleSoft for sign design review approval to change the wording of the <br />existing monument sign facing 1-580, located at 45000 PeopleS oft Parkway, from <br />"Hacienda" to "PeopleS oft," and to modify the sign, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
