<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF ANNE FOX, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PAP-61 (PSDR-184) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anne Fox has appealed the Zoning Administrator's approval of Case PSDR-184, <br />the application of Mario Lopez/Club Hilton Hotel for sign design review approval <br />for the replacement and installation of new monument signs for Club Hilton Hotel <br />located at 7050 Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial/ <br />Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 12,2004, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies Case PAP-61, the appeal of Anne Fox, thereby upholding the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of Case PSDR-184, the application of Mario Lopez/ <br />Club Hilton Hotel for sign design review approval for the replacement and <br />installation of new monument signs for Club Hilton Hotel located at <br />7050 Johnson Drive, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
