<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE DAHLIN GROUP FOR A <br />MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN <br />REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-42D-1M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Dahlin Group has applied for a modification to a previously approved Planned <br />Unit Development design review of an existing office building located at <br />5865 Owens Drive to allow the addition of approximately 6,681 square feet of <br />office space and exterior remodeling and site improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development- <br />Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 12,2004, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no additional <br />environmental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed modification would be <br />consistent with other recently approved projects in the area and would not alter <br />the natural topographical features of the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-42D-IM, the application of the <br />Dahlin Group for a modification to a previously approved Planned Unit <br />Development design review of an existing office building located at 5865 Owens <br />Drive to allow the addition of approximately 6,681 square feet of office space and <br />exterior remodeling and site improvements, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
