PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-30 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE DAHLIN GROUP FOR A MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-42D-1M WHEREAS, the Dahlin Group has applied for a modification to a previously approved Planned Unit Development design review of an existing office building located at 5865 Owens Drive to allow the addition of approximately 6,681 square feet of office space and exterior remodeling and site improvements; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development- Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 12,2004, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no additional environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed modification would be consistent with other recently approved projects in the area and would not alter the natural topographical features of the area. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-42D-IM, the application of the Dahlin Group for a modification to a previously approved Planned Unit Development design review of an existing office building located at 5865 Owens Drive to allow the addition of approximately 6,681 square feet of office space and exterior remodeling and site improvements, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
