IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLE~ANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> CORRECTED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 246 <br /> <br /> Setting the Salary for the City Clerk <br /> and the City Treasurer. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Section 36512 of the Government Code of the <br />State of California has been suspended by Section 53071, and <br />the presidential proclamation concerning termination of <br />hostilities, permitting the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton to increase, during the term, the salary of the <br />City Clerk and the City Treasurer. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the salary of the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton is hereby fixed in the sum of $150,00 per month; <br /> <br /> 2. That the salary of the City Treasurer of the City <br />of Pleasanton is hereby fixed in the sum of $50.00 per month; <br /> <br /> 3-.
