<br />Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and <br />construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials <br />only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall <br />contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br /> <br />8. All contractors involved in site improvements, building construction, and tenant <br />improvement construction shall be limited to the following construction hours: <br /> <br />a. All outdoor site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Signs stating <br />construction hours shall be posted throughout the construction site, in construction <br />trailer( s), and on the floor of the building during the duration of construction. The <br />Planning Director may allow earlier "start-times" for specific building construction <br />activities if it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning Director that <br />the construction and construction traffic noise can be mitigated. <br /> <br />b. Tenant improvement activities taking place totally within an enclosed structure <br />shall be limited to the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. <br />Tenant contractors operating past 6:00 p.m. shall only use the project entrance from <br />Willow Road. <br /> <br />All construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise <br />standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />9. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />10. Carden West's enrollments and class schedules for preschool and elementary school <br />classes shall conform to the following table: <br /> <br />Academic Year Number of Number of Total Number of <br />Preschool Students E1ementarv Students Students <br />2004/2005 90 200 290 <br />2005/2006 105 256 361 <br />2006/2007 120 280 400 <br />2007/2008 120 304 424 <br />2008/2009 120 320 440 <br /> <br />Preschool classes shall be held from 8:20 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 9:20 a.m. to 3:15 <br />p.m. Kindergarten classes shall be held from 8:20 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and from 9:20 a.m. <br />to 3:20 p.m. Elementary school classes shall be held from 9:20 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br />11. The traffic generated by Carden West's use of this site shall be no greater than that <br />generated by an office use ofthe property: 70 net peak hour trips per hour in the morning <br />and 67 net peak hour trips per hour in the evening for the 45,000 square foot building.
