Mullins. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice was duly given and a hearing duly held; and <br /> WEE~, there appearing no good reason to the contrary; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, TcIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLF~SANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Ordinance No. 228 is hereby amended by adding <br />the following sectionS: <br /> <br /> Section 17.00. VARIANCES GRANTED. <br /> <br /> Section 17.01. Non-conforming use is hereby allowed <br />John M. Mullins for construction of a garage closer than five (5) <br />feet to the westerly property line at property located at and des- <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br /> 120 Rose Avenue, Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
