<br />Exhibit B <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />P AP-60, William Muat (P ADR-909, Robert D' Arcy) <br />3671 Olympic Court North and 3657 Olympic Court North <br />February 25, 2004 <br /> <br />I. The design review covered by this approval shall conform substantially to the <br />site plan and elevations, "Exhibit A," dated "Received December 5, 2003," on <br />file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following <br />conditions. Minor changes to this proposal may be allowed subject to <br />approval by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial compliance <br />with the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. The fence shall be a maximum height of seven feet as measured from the <br />existing grade prior to the applicant's construction of retaining wall and <br />addition of fill. The fence shall be located on the common side property line <br />starting at the point indicated on the photograph, "Exhibit A," and ending at <br />the rear property line. The fence shall be constructed of solid redwood <br />boards, and the fence design shall match the existing fence at this location as <br />shown in the photograph, "Exhibit A." This change shall be shown on the <br />building permit plans submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />3.
