ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Steven Bocian, Deputy City <br />Manager, Phil Grubstick, City Engineer, and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Anne Fox, Trish Maas, and <br />Mary Roberts. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Harvey Kameny and Matt Sullivan. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. August 11, 2004. <br />Commissioner Roberts inquired about the language of the motion on page 10: "...the <br />applicant pay the appraised value of all trees to be removed and not replaced to the City's <br />Urban Forestry Fund." She did not believe that sentence was clear. Commissioner Maas <br />suggested the following language: "The money should be deposited into the Urban <br />Forestry Fund." <br />Chairperson Roberts suggested that the language "...and not replaced" be deleted. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES August 25, 2004 Page 1 of 9 <br />
