- Chairperson Roberts advised that the second sentence of the fourth paragraph under "Plan #2" on <br />page 13 should be modified to read as follows: "She did not believe that ~ a new <br />train station was an urgent issue." <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that she did not make the suggestion that a community gazden be <br />included, as indicated on the fourth paragraph under "Plan #14" on page 14, and that the <br />sentence should be deleted. <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swifr advised that Item 6 b PCUP-61 Bernal Partners, LLC/City of Pleasanton, Item 6.e., <br />PRZ-24, Citv of Pleasanton, and Item 6 f Discussion of Granite Construction Comuanv located <br />at the RMC Pacific Materials Prooertv 1544 Stanlev Boulevazd would be continued to the <br />meeting of July 14, 2004. <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Kameny regazding the continuance of Item 6.£, <br />Chairperson Roberts replied that she may have a conflict of interest. In addition, more <br />information was required from the Planning Commission of Alameda County. <br />Mr. Swift advised that the Planning Commission would be able to comment on this matter before <br />the County Planning Commission's hearing. <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Fox regarding the City Council's input, Mr. Swifr <br />confirmed that the Council scheduled this matter for its July 20, 2004 meeting. <br />Chairperson Roberts added that the School District would also write a letter. <br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />a. Citv of Pleasanton Inclusionarv Zonin¢ Ordinance <br />Review of the Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance to determine its effectiveness and any <br />potential changes needed to assure that the ordinance is facilitating the City's affordable <br />housing priorities. The Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance, adopted by the City Council in <br />November, 2002, establishes criteria for providing affordable housing in new housing <br />developments. <br />Mr. Bocian summarized the staff report and noted that City Council requested that the review of <br />- this provision take place during the same timeframe as the review of the General Plan.
