3. <br />ON THE AGENDA <br />Philip Blank, 1339 Heazst Drive, requested the Commission to consider traffic issues as the <br />different areas are discussed. He stated that traffic issues create an immediate threat to the <br />health, safety, and welfaze of the citizens of Pleasanton and noted that the General Plan requires <br />all intersection in the City to be at Level-of-Service D or better before allowing additional <br />development. <br />Commissioner Sullivan informed the Commission that under "Matters Initiated by Commission <br />Members," he would like to see if there is consensus among the Commissioners to send a letter, <br />either signed by himself or by the Commission as a whole, to the San Francisco Board of <br />Supervisors, urging the Board to adopt the Municipal Green Building Ordinance for using the <br />LEED silver standard, which is on its Monday meeting agenda. <br />Brian Swift advised that the Commission could either wait until "Matters Initiated by <br />Commission Members" or take a vote at this time on whether to add the item to the agenda for <br />discussion later tonight. He indicated that four votes would be necessary for this action. <br />Commissioner Arkin moved to agendize the San Francisco Municipal Green Building <br />Ordinance for discussion under "Matters Initiated by Commission Members." <br />_ Chairperson Roberts seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Fox, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Kameny. <br />4.
