At Chairperson Roberts' request, Ms. Emberson advised that because of the audio equipment <br />malfunction, a single microphone was used to record the meeting. At several times during the <br />meeting, portions of sentences were obscured, including the issue referred to by Commissioner <br />Sullivan. <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that the City Council had the Draft Minutes for its reference and <br />wanted to ensure that they had the most complete information. <br />Mr. Iserson advised that that information would be included in the staff report to be presented to <br />Council under the heading of "Planning Commission Action." <br />Commissioner Fox suggested that a diagram of what was shown at the September 11 <br />neighborhood meeting be included in the staff report. She also suggested that any minutes or <br />notes taken by Ms. Eisenwinter at the neighborhood meeting be included as well. <br />Commissioner Maas advised that page 15, paragraph 5, should be modified to read, <br />"Commissioner Maas noted that she was not completely convinced that a second story would be <br />a positive addition, so that addressing the roof line and stark wall was very important. " <br />Commissioner Fox advised that paragraph 8 on page 15 should be modified to read as follows: <br />"Commissioner Fox suggested that the windows be reduced to their original size lengthwise, as <br />shown in the neighborhood handouts given at the September l ]meeting. " <br />Chairperson Roberts advised that the 3`d sentence of paragraph 8 on page 11 should be changed <br />.-- to read as follows: "At that time, a certain number of lots were givetrallotted to this particular <br />PUD from the Backers, who''°a °°°a F°°~°~°' °°~'~~~° then profited from the sale and division <br />of the 121ots." <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4.
