DESCRIPTION OF ZONES <br /> <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONE: <br /> <br /> All that portion of the Town of Pleasanton consisting <br /> <br />of lands, lots. blocks or portions of the Town of Pleasanton <br />as legally established and contained in any other zone or zones <br />as hereinafter in this ordinance described. <br /> <br />UNRESTRICTED ZONE: <br /> <br /> That portion of the Town of Pleasanton described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the northern boundary <br /> <br />line of the Town of Pleasanton with the center line of First <br />Street and running thence along said center line of First <br /> <br />Street southerly to the southern boundary line of the Town of <br />Pleasanton; thence along the southern boundary line of the Town <br />of Pleasanton westerly to the western line of Main Street; <br />thence westerly along the line drawn at right angles to the <br />western line of Main Street 285 feet, more or less; thence <br />northerly along a line drawn parallel to the western line of <br />Main Street to the Southern line of Bernal Avenue; thence in a <br />general northerly direction and along the western (or rear) <br />boundary lines of the properties facing the western side of Main <br />Street, as said properties now exist under their present owner- <br />ship; to a point 150 feet northerly from the northern boundary <br />line of St, John Street; thence westerly and parallel to the <br />northern line of St. John Street to the direct extension <br />northerly of the eastern line of Pleasanton Avenue; thence at <br />right m.~gle~: :-~c.,utherly to the northern line of St, John Street; <br />thence westerly along the northern line of 8t, John Street and <br />the direct extension westerly thereof 156 feet; thence at a <br />right angle southerly 186 feet; thence at a right angle <br /> <br /> -I- <br /> <br /> <br />
