This is the 2nd of two rounds of funding that will be offered during Ca[HFA's 2004-2005 <br />fiscal year. <br /> <br />We are proud to report that the HELP Program is in its seventh year of funding Iow interest <br />deferred housing loans to local agencies for innovative, diverse, and comprehensive housing <br />programs. As of this date, the Agency has awarded $130 million in funds ur~der the program for <br />the projects and programs of 90 local government entities statewide, which is expected to result <br />in the production of over 17,000 affordable housing units. <br /> <br />We look forward to your application for HELP funds. For your convenience, ~Ne have enclosed <br />the HELP guidelines and requirements for the application package.
