CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COIJNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1788 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF HOSS BOZORGZAD FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-99-02 WHEREAS, Hoss Bozorgzad has applied for PUD development plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 2.5_+ acre site into four lots ranging in size from approximately 19,320 square feet to 34,865 square feet located at 488 Sycamore Road; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-LDR/A (Planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential/Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 25, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the PUD development plan; and WHEREAS, the project is within the North Sycamore Specific Plan area for which the City Council has previously approved an Environmental impact Report; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on September 20, 1999; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD development plan and design guidelines are consistent with the North Sycamore Specific Plan, while detailing additional requirements to ensure that the design of the future residences maintain a rural character. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-99-02, the application ofHoss Bozorgzad for PUD development plan approval to allow the subdivision of a 2.5+_ acre site into four lots ranging in size from approximately 19, 320 square feet to 34,865 square feet located at 488 Sycamore Road, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
