Re~'~ater Ra~es (Ne~~) ORDINANCE N0.22~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TO~q OF PP.]ASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOV~S: SECTION 1. Section 11 of Ordinance No. 85 as mended by Ordinance No. 215 is hereby mended to read as follows: SectiOn 11. For each service connection for use and consumption of water,when and if such service connection be for furnishing water for use and consumption of water within the corporate boundaries of the Twon'of Pleasanton, the property owner shall pay to the Town of Pleasanton the sum of $3.00 per month, or fraction of a month, and when and if such service connection be for furnishing water for use and consumption of water without the corporate boundaries of the To~wa of Pleasanton, the property owner shall pay to the Town of Pleasanton the sum of $3.50 per month, or fraction of a month. SF~CTION 2. Section 12 of Ordiance No. 8~ as amended by Ordinance No. 215 is hereby amended to read as follo~vs: Section 12. The payment of amounts of money as prescribed in section 11 hereof shall entitle the property o~mer, if connected with the water meter, to 1000 cubic feet of water for use each month, and for each and every 100 cubic feet of water, or fraction thereof, over and above said 1000 cubic feet of water used by and throuS~ each service connection during any one month, the property owner shall pay to the Town of Pleasanton therefor according to following rates and terms, 15 cents per 100 cubic feet, or fraction thereof, for the first 4000-cubic feet in excess of 1000 cubic feet. 12 cents per 100 cubic feet, or fraction thereof, in excess of 5000 cubic feet of water.
