STAFF RECOMMENDATION Use the workshops of March 8, 2005 and March 22, 2005 for staff presentation and discussion on background information on level-of-service, the "Existing" traffic situation, and the "Existing Plus Approved" traffic situation. 2. Direct staff to proceed with Option B-1 for workshops to be held after March 22, 2005.
