<br />Resolution No. PC-96-97 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />63. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No Dumping-- <br />Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site storm drain facilities <br />shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediately prior to October 15 <br />and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required iffound necessary by the City <br />EngineerfDirector of Building Inspection <br /> <br />64. The developer is encouraged to work with the City's Civic Arts Commission to provide <br />public art. <br /> <br />65. The connection to the City's water system on Hacienda Drive shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the City Engineer. In general, the connection shall be made by <br />boring under Hacienda Drive. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
