Resolution No. PC-96-97 Page 12 63. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No Dumping-- Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site storm drain facilities shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediately prior to October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required iffound necessary by the City EngineerfDirector of Building Inspection 64. The developer is encouraged to work with the City's Civic Arts Commission to provide public art. 65. The connection to the City's water system on Hacienda Drive shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. In general, the connection shall be made by boring under Hacienda Drive. {end}
