<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PEOPLES OFT, INC. FOR <br />PUD DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-68D <br />AND PUD-85-8-1 OD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PeopleSoft, Inc. has applied for PUD design review approval to allow the <br />construction of a four-story office building complex totaling 382,000 square feet <br />on 17.54:t acres ofland generally located west of the Hacienda Drive/Owens <br />Drive intersection in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD - I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 20, 1996, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business <br />Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project as conditioned <br />satisfies the design guidelines established for the Hacienda Business Park, and <br />that the proposed development would be an attractive and compatible addition to <br />Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-68D and PUD-85-8-10D, the application of <br />PeopleSoft, Inc., for PUD design review approval to allow the construction of a <br />four-story office building complex totaling 382,000 square feet on 17.54:t acres of <br />land generally located west of the Hacienda Drive/Owens Drive intersection in the <br />Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
