PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-97 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PEOPLES OFT, INC. FOR PUD DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-68D AND PUD-85-8-1 OD WHEREAS, PeopleSoft, Inc. has applied for PUD design review approval to allow the construction of a four-story office building complex totaling 382,000 square feet on 17.54:t acres ofland generally located west of the Hacienda Drive/Owens Drive intersection in the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD - I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 20, 1996, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project as conditioned satisfies the design guidelines established for the Hacienda Business Park, and that the proposed development would be an attractive and compatible addition to Hacienda Business Park. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-81-30-68D and PUD-85-8-10D, the application of PeopleSoft, Inc., for PUD design review approval to allow the construction of a four-story office building complex totaling 382,000 square feet on 17.54:t acres of land generally located west of the Hacienda Drive/Owens Drive intersection in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
