<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR WELLS FARGO BANK FOR THE STONERIDGE CORPORATE <br />PLAZA II IS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (Crocker Properties, Inc.) has applied for an amendment <br />to the Development Agreement to extend the term by five years, from August 9, <br />2000, to August 9, 2005; for an amendment to the Reimbursement Agreement to <br />clarifY the method and manner of construction and/or payment for certain public <br />improvements required as mitigation measures; and for an amendment to the <br />Development Deferment Agreement to conform its terms to the new term of the <br />Development Agreement, for the Stoneridge Corporate Plaza II located east of <br />Stoneridge Mall bounded by Stoneridge Mall Road, Embarcadero Court, Highway <br />1-680, and Fabian Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for these properties is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - CoO <br />(Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, adjusting the term of the Development Agreement has been determined to be <br />categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 20, 1996, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the Development Agreement as amended is <br />in conformance with the General Plan. <br />
