<br />Resolution No. PC-96-90 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />44. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before re- <br />questing a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />45. The developer shall submit two (2) copies of the site soils report to the Director of Build- <br />ing Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the time speci- <br />fied by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />46. The soils engineer shall certifY the pad compaction of any portion of the project site con- <br />taining fill to the satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />47. The developer shall complete all of the on-site improvements at one time. <br /> <br />48. Final inspection by the Planning Department of the building and site covered by this de- <br />velopment plan approval is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />49. All site improvements and building construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Construction within the fully enclosed <br />building shell may occur at any time of the day or night. Between the hours of 5:00 p.m. <br />to 8:00 a.m., construction traffic shall use Hopyard Road from 1-580 to access the site. <br />All construction equipment must meet California Department of Motor Vehicle noise <br />standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />50. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />51. To prevent odor, portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular <br />basis to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />52. The sidewalks along Hopyard Road shall be configured as a separated sidewalk with a <br />minimum five foot (5' 0") separation from the street curb. <br /> <br />53. The developer shall utilize the existing utilities stubbed to the site. Unless otherwise ap- <br />proved by the City Engineer, no new street cuts for utilities shall be permitted. If the ex- <br />isting utility lines stubbed to the site are not utilized, the lines shall be abandoned. <br />
