All conditions of Case PUD-80-16-3M shall remain in full force and effect except as <br />superseded by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. Area "An of the Signature Center Business Park shall be subject to the following uses and <br />site development standards: <br /> <br />a. Permitted uses shall include administrative, business, and professional offices <br /> <br />b. The maximum building floor area ratio shall be 55%; minor changes may be <br />approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />c. The maximum building height shall be 58' 0" to the building parapet.
