<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-87 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CM+ CORPORATION FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-16-15D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CM+ Corporation has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 64,405 square foot, two-story building located at 5104 Franklin <br />Drive in the Center Park Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD - I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 20, 1996, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Negative Declaration previously <br />approved by the City Council for PUD-80-16; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well designed, and fulfills the requirements of the PUD Development Plan for the <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-80-16-15D, the application ofCM+ Corporation, for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 64,405 square foot, two-story <br />building located at 5104 Franklin Drive in the Center Park Business Park, subject <br />to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
