<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-96-84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF LEISURE SPORTS/CLUB <br />SPORT OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE Z-96-223 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Leisure Sports/Club Sport of Pleasant on has applied for a modification of the <br />landscaping and parking plan and identification of a building pad for a future <br />office building at 7100 Johnson Drive, and 2) a modification of the landscape plan <br />for Club Sport located at 7090 Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is IG-40 (General Industrial) and PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - (Industrial/Commercial- Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 6, 1996, the Planning <br />Commission, after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application, approved the <br />negative declaration for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed parking lot plan design <br />and the redesign of the landscaping on the Club Sport facility parcel is <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-96-223, the application of Leisure Sports/Club Sport of <br />Pleasanton, for a modification of the landscaping and parking plan and <br />identification of a building pad for a future office building at 7100 Johnson Drive, <br />and 2) a modification of the landscape plan for Club Sport located at 7090 <br />Johnson Drive, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
