<br /> Section 6: T~LXIC~ STA~.TDS. In. the permit gr~nted
<br />~nder t~e provisions of thi~ 0rf~inance, there shall ~ designated
<br />a certain Place ,~here the permittee shall be allowed tn ~tand
<br />any vehicle operated ~ him as a taxicab, Such permit shall
<br />~l. so state the number and ki. nd of vehicles for which the permit
<br />~.~ granted. Not more than one stand shall be granted to any one
<br />owner on Main ~treet in the Town of Pleadaaron, and not more
<br />than one vehinle shal]. be el~.owed to ~tand in any stand located
<br />on Main Street, The o~rner shall not permit any vehicle owned
<br />bv him, nor shal. 1 any driver cause any such vehicle to stand
<br />on any street while awaiting emT~loyment at any place other than

<br /> Section g.1: UNARENDED VBHICLES IN STREET
<br />PKOHIBITED, No o~,,ner ~ha!l permit any taxicab operated by him,

<br /> Section 7: Every person, firm or corporation ooer~:~.ting
<br />or h~ving un~er control for operation within the Town of
<br />P!.ea~ar}ton, ss o~,ner, lessee, agent, or otherwise, any such
<br />ta. xieab as in thi~ ordinance ~efined, shall, after obtaining the
<br />permit or permits as bv this orc]inance required so to ~o, ~rocure
<br />a City License, anc~ ~ay a !.icense fee therefor as follows, viz:

<br /> For the first taxicab permitted to be T~arked at a ~tand
<br />on a oub!ie street, a sum of TWO HUNDRED DOLL~S ( S200,00 ) per
<br />annum; for each additional taxicab permitted to be so parked, the
<br />sum of TWENTY FIVE DOL~$ (~2;25.00) per annum.

<br /> Section ~.].: It shall be unlawful. for any oer~o,~, firm
<br />or corporation to operate or have under control for operation
<br />within the Town of Pleasanton, without first obtaining a permit
<br />and license fully paid for, as herein req. uested, or to otherwise
<br />viola. re any of the ~rovisions of this Ordinance, In a. ddition
<br />to the Dana!tieS herein provided, any such license may be
<br />coil. acted b~ a. civil. action at la.~.
