 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> FOR A MODIFICATION OF THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE <br /> VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a modification of the Master Plan for the <br /> Veterans Memorial Building located at 301 Main Street to include a public <br /> restroom; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on March 1, 2005, <br /> at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were received. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Approves the modification to the Master Plan for the Veterans Memorial Building <br /> located at 301 Main Street to include a public restroom, as designed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 1, 2005, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Dawn G.
