The ~ount to ~ paid by ~C sMll represem ~c u~eimb~ costs inc~ by their auomey and the u~eimbu~cd hourly fccs of~eir a~omey, billed at ~e ~e hourly rote ~ ~e Cities' a~omeys, for this pe~od. All payments to Siena Club, NC~ and ALA~ sh~l ~ by ch~k made payable to Trent W. O~, A~omey at Law, ~d fo~rd~ by Unit~ States mail, postage prepaid, or ~rson~ dcliveu. 13.1 i.
