Ms. Dial advised the five day maximum would <br />cover any convention held Thursday through Monday. Further, Commissioner Dove advised that <br />parking was not mentioned in the staff report, and he inquired if the hotel should limit parking for <br />these events. Me. Inc. <br />Application for Planned Unit Development plan approval for the subdivision of an <br />approximately 2.7-acre lot into five residential lots located southwest of the intersection of <br />Vineyard Avenue and Clara Lane. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- LDR (Low Density Residential) District. The Planning Commission will also consider the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to August 28, 1996. <br /> <br />d. PUD-96-13. Delta ProDerties <br />Application for Planned Unit Development development plan approval for approximately 49,000 <br />square feet of retail space, an approximately 67,000 square foot hotel with 150 suites, and a <br />7,700 square foot restaurant located at the northeast corner of Johnson Drive and Owens Drive. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial- <br />Office) District.
