MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker reported that she went to the Housing Commission meeting. At ttta.t <br /> <br />meeting, the Kaufman and Broad project was discussed. Concern was expressed about the fee <br />waivers and that the interiors meet a certain level of quality. They asked if the Planning <br />Commission would review the interior fixtures. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright advised that at 2782 Calle Allegre, an approximately 40-foot boat has <br />been sitting on the street for several days. Me. Beougher advised that the 72-hour rule applies; <br />therefore, one could move the boat and trailer every three days without being in violation of the <br />law. Code Enforcement will be advised of the situation. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />a. Future Planninl!: Calendar <br /> <br />Regarding the Boehringer Mannheim Corp. application, Commissioner Cooper inquired about <br />the regulations regarding the disposal of solvents, etc. Me.
