MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDffiNCE TO ADDRESS THE
PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE
AGENDA

Greg Burton, 4202 Stanley Blvd., #24, spoke as the mobile-home representative for those living
at Pleasanton Mobile Home Park. He advised he had previously sent a letter to the Commission
and staff. His concern is regarding the potential change in land use within the Park. The owner
recently increased the available spaces from 32 to 33, which resulted in the encroachment into
the space of a long-term RV space, Subsequently, the tenant of that space left the park. This
space is no longer considered under the ordinance. Therefore, fewer and fewer spaces are '
controlled by the or<lin~nl'.e, and the number of short-term RV spaces is increasing. He inquired
if this would be covered under the Brown Act. Mr. Burton inquired if this park falls under the
jurisdiction of Pleasanton. He wants the owner to follow the law and stop hurting people.

Mr. Beougher advised the speaker that staff is handling the matter. Mr. Burton advised that the
answers he has received so far are insufficient.
