privately owned territory proposed to be annexed as shown by <br />the last equalized assessment roll, nor by public owners of <br />one-half of the value of the publicly owned territory proposed <br />to be annexed as determined by said legislative body. <br /> <br /> d. Said territory is contiguous to the City of <br />Pleasanton, and is uninhabited territory in the County of <br />Alameda. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter <br />described to the City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further <br />ordain that the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Said territory, the annexation of which to the City of <br />Pleasanton is herein approved, is all that territory situated <br />the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of Cai- <br />ifornia, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT "'A'~, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. As an interim measure and as a holding zone for <br />a period of ninety (90) days after the completion of these <br />annexation proceedings, including the filing of certified <br />copy of this ordinance with the Secretary of State of California <br />the City Council does hereby classify and zone said territory <br />described above as follows: <br /> <br /> Industrial Park (I-P) District <br /> as set forth in Article 14 of <br /> Ordinance No. 309, as amended. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
