ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Hal <br />McGuirk, Bob Wright and Chairman Harry Lutz <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Wayne Rasmussen, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of <br />Public Works; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />1996 Pleasanton General Plan Undate <br /> <br />Chairman Lutz advised the audience that at the conclusion of tonight's meeting, the public <br />hearing would be continued to Monday, April 15th, to accommodate those persons not able <br />to make their comments at this meeting. Commissioner Hovingh requested that public <br />statements be directed toward the General Plan Update, <br /> <br />PUBLIC BEARING WAS OPENED <br />
