Commissioner Hovingh also advised that the <br />current cement soundwalls are not crash-proof or crash-resistant. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker inquired if some of the 30 ft. landscaping material could be planted <br />behind the property lines along the south side of Mohr Avenue. Staff advised that trees don't <br />mitigate noise, and also there are problems with planting trees so close to a road.
