ROLL CALL

Commissioners Present:

Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Hal
McGuirk, and Bob Wright

Commissioners Absent:

Chairman Harry Lutz

Staff Members Present:

Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant
City Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public
Works; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Minutes of the January 10, 1996, meeting were accepted as written with a clarification
made by Commissioner McGuirk:

Page 6, 2nd paragraph to read:

Commissioner McGuirk feels the same, seeing no reason to increase the hours
of alcohol availability in the neighborhood centers. He sees no internal
ordinance enforcement after 10 p.m. No realistic City enforcement is
available except after the fact/problem, as they may occur. He would place
enforcement of the ordinance change on the benefactors, not on the residents.

~ MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS
THE PLANNING COMMlS.~ION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY
ON THE AGENDA

There were none.
