IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 329 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING THE PLACE AND TIME OF <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS TO BE FIXED BY RESOLUTION <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 310, fixing the place and <br />time of City Council meetings, as adopted May 9, 1960, <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council shall h¥ resolution, <br /> <br />fix the time and place of regular meetings of the City Counsel of <br />the City of Pleasanton, provided however, that no such action <br />shall become effective until ten (10) days after said resolution <br />has been adopted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in "The <br />Times", a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Pleasanton.
