IN THE C IT~ COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFOKNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NOo 328 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 13552 <br />OF THE PENAL CODE RELATING TO TRAINING OF <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1o The City of Pleasanton declares that it <br />desires to qu~ify to receive aid from the State of California <br />under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the <br />California Penal Code. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, <br />the City of Pleasanton while receiving aid from the State of Cal- <br />ifornia pursuant to said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards <br />for recruitment and training established by the California <br />Comission on Peace Officer Standards and Training. <br /> <br /> · SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published once in <br />the "Times" and shall become effective 30 days from date of <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City <br />Council on June 12, 1961, by Councilman McWILLIAMS. <br /> <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton, held on :Tune 19 , 1961, by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Cairo, Long, McWilliams and Harding <br /> <br />NOES: No~ <br /> <br />ABSENT: C&uncilman r~abics <br /> <br />WARREN R.
