IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 327 ZONING UNIT NO. 4, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND ~ZONING MAP~' OF SAID ORDINANCE. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ocdain as follows: SECTION 1. The ~Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960~, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 4, as shown in map dated May 15, 1961, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, Annex 13, Stanley Boulevard-Pous Annex, is located within the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and is further described as follows: ZONE C-T (Commercial Thoroughfare) Ail of Lot 10 and all of Lot 13, as said lots are designated on Map (Addition No. 1 to the Town of Pleasanton) filed March 13, 1905 in Map Book 23, at Page 23, Records of Alameda County, California; and the remainder of all that real property con- tained in Annex No. 13, West Stanley Boulevard-Pous Annex to the City of Pleasanton by Ordinance No. 317, adopted January 23, 1961, a copy of which is on file with the Alameda County Recorder. INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council on May 22, 1961, by Councilman McWILLIAMS.
