MAITERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Future Plannine Calendar <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry from Commissioner Cooper, Mr. Iserson advised that staff is attempting to <br />prepare Case RZ-97-06 (the Municipal Code Amendment regarding firearms) for the September 24 <br />meeting. He indicated that the item has been advertised, but some issues still need to be resolved. <br />If it is not ready for the September 24 meeting, it will be scheduled for the second meeting in <br />October, as requested by Chair Cooper. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />Chair Cooper asked for clarification as to the processing of the appeal of the antenna. He asked why <br />the appeal did not come before the Planning Commission, since it was a Zoning Administrator action. <br />Mr. Iserson noted that it could go to either body, and since Councilmember Pico appealed it, it went <br />to the City Council. <br /> <br />c. Actions of the Zoninl!: Administrator <br />There were none. <br /> <br />9. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />REFERRALS <br />There were none. <br /> <br />11. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson responded to Commissioner Kumaran's concern expressed at a prior meeting regarding <br />the need for a stop sign at the In-N-Out Burgers' parking lot. He noted that a stop sign is shown on <br />the plan, but that the representative that staff works with at Reynolds and Brown is no longer there. <br />He advised that staff will contact someone to resolve this issue. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson responded to Commissioner Dove's concern expressed at a prior meeting regarding the <br />trees at the Tri- Valley Herald, noting that this matter has been referred to Code Enforcement. <br /> <br />12.
