IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO o 3 25 ZONING UNIT NO. 1, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE° The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1o The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960", as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit NOo 2, as shown in map dated April 26, 1961, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2° Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is located within the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and is further described as follows: ZONE C-G (General Commercial): That certain real property owned by WM. H. THIESSEN, described as follows: LOTS 11 and 12 in block "A" as said lots and block are shown on the "Map of the Town of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, surveyed for Joshua A. Neal, December 1, 1868, Revised from Survey of 1868" filed February 24, 1870 in book 5 of Maps, at page 35, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. SECTION 3° The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published once in"The Times", a newspaper of general circulation.
