IN TM~2 CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 322 <br /> <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 230 ( STANDARD <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR RESIDEntIAL DEVELOPb~NT), <br />CONCERNING CONCRETE INSTALLATION AND WATER <br />~RETERS. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 230 (Standard Specifications for <br />Residential Development) adopted by the City Council on Nay 27, <br />1954, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 6, Article C, is hereby changed to read a <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "ART. C. The subbase area shall extend the full <br />length of the project from the back of curb on one side to the <br />back of curb on the other side. The base are~shall extend the full <br />length of the project from gutter on one side to the gutter on the <br />other side. The paved area of the street shall be the same as the <br />base area. An aggregate cushion not less than three inches thick <br />shall be placed upon the subgraGe under all concrete work, as shown <br />on the construction plans, and approved by the City Engineer." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 230 (Standard Specifications for <br />Residential Development) adopted by the City Council on ~iay 27, 195 <br />is hereby further amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 5, Article X, paragraph 4, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "4. The water metsr shall be five-eighths (5/8" <br />by three-quarter inch(3/4") single piece case, magnetic drive <br />hermetically sealed register type approved by the City Engineer." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
