CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 319 t~ P A t t P t t t 1 t d AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED ~ANNEX NO. 14, ADAMS COURT SOUTH~', TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON: ~'~HEREAS, on November 7, 1960~ the Council of the City of Leasanton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 3104 giving notice of ~e proposal to annex certain uninhab~ted territory to the City of ieasanton~ said territory being therein designated as '~'Annex No. 14= tams Court South~, said R~solutJon describing the boundaries of the ~rritory proposed to be annexed; and ~CHEREAS, said Resolution No. 3104 did contain a notice of ~e day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City of [easanton would hear protests made by any person owning real property [thin the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing ~ing not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days from the date of ~ssage of said Resolution; and WHEREAS~ on January 23, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in ~e Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Pleasanton, ~unty of ~lameda, State of California, said time and place being ~e day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 3104 for hearing 'otests to the said annexation, the said City Council did hear and ~ss upon all protests made to the proposed annexation and did de- ~rmine that protests had not been made by the owners of one-half of ~e privately owned territory proposed to be annexed as shown by the ~st equalized assessment roll, nor by public owners of one-half of ~e value of the publicly owned territory proposed to 'be annexed as termined by said legislative body; and - 1 -
