ORDINANCE NO. 318 <br /> <br /> kN ORDINANCE AP?ROVING TH~ AN/TEXATION OF CERTAIN <br /> UNIN~BITED TEP3{ITORY, DESIGNATED "A~fATION NO. <br /> 12, S~ ~h~CiSCO ~LL SI~," T0 ~ CITY OF <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAII~D BY T~ CO~CIL 0F ~E CI~ 0F PLEASAI<~0N: <br />~EREAS, on November 7, 1960, the Co~cil of the City of <br />Plea~anton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 3102 giving notice <br />of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to the <br />City of Pleasanton, said territory being therein designated as <br />"Annexation No. 12, 8an Francisco Well Site", said Resolution <br />describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; <br />and <br /> <br /> %%~E~, said Resolution No. 3102 did contain a notice of <br /> <br />the day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City <br />would hear protests made by any person owning real property within <br />the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing <br />being not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days from the <br />date of passage of said ~esolution; and <br /> <br /> WPD~REAS, on January 23, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 P.~'~'., in <br />the Council Chsmqbers in the City Hall of the City of Pteasanton, <br />County of Ai~eda, State of California, said time ~d place being <br />the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 3102 for <br />hearing protests to the said a~exation, the said City Council did <br />hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed ar~exation <br />and did determine that protasts had not been made by the owners <br />of one-half of th~ value of the privately owned territory pro- <br />posed to ~e annexed as shown by the last equalized assessment roll <br />nor by public owners of one-half of the value of the publicly <br />owned territory proposed to be annexed as determined by said legis. <br />lative body; and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
