That written consent having been filed by owners of all the <br />lands above described, said lands shall be taxed to pay indebted- <br />ness of the City existing and contracted prior to the time of this <br />annexation. <br /> <br /> That the above described lands is hereby classified pursuant <br />to Ordinance NOo 309, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pleasant <br />as a holding zone and for the protection of the City into the zone <br />of "C-T, Co.~mnercial Thoroughfare".
