ORDINANCE NO. 317 <br /> <br />Alii ORDINANCE i~-?~0VING THE A~E)~ATION OF CERTAIN <br />UNINHABITEqD I~ER2{ITORY, DESIGNATED "ANN~zQ2 ~[0. <br />~'~EST STANL~ BOUL~A~VAP/)-POUS ~NN~X" TO THiE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY I%[E COUNCIL OF THE CITY 07 ?LEASANTON: <br />WHEF~EAS, on November 7, 1960, the Council of the City of <br />Zleasanton did pass and adopt Resolution No. ~10~ gi~ing notice <br />of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to the <br />City of ~leasantoz~, said territory being therein designated as <br />"Annex No. 15, West Stanley BouleYard-Pous Annex", said Resolution <br />describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; <br />and <br /> <br /> '~7{EREAS, said ~esolution NCo 3103 did contain a notice of <br />the day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City <br />would hear protests made by any person owning real property withi~ <br />the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing <br />being not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days from the date <br />of passage of said }~esolution; and <br /> <br /> 7~{EREAS, on January 9, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 P.~., in <br />the Council Ch~abers in the City Hall of the City of Pleasanton, <br />County of Aiam~eda, State of California, said time and place being <br />the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 3103 for <br />hearing protests to the said annexation, the said City Council did <br />hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annexation <br />and did determine that protests had not been made by the owners <br />of one-half of the value of the privately owned territory proposed <br />to be annexed as shown by the last equalized assessment roll, nor <br />by public owners of one-half of the value of the publicly owned <br />territory proposed to be annexed as determined by said legislative <br /> <br />body; and <br /> --1-- <br /> <br /> <br />
